The Blue Gum is one of our two bedroom designs.
The first of these units is complete and will be off to its new home shortly.
The Blue Gum design features two generous-sized bedrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and a bathroom:

Bedrooms have built-in custom joinery cupboards, smoke alarms, several power points, TV points, ceiling fans, and reverse split system cycle air conditioners.
The bathroom contains a custom vanity, soft-close toilet suite, large walk-in shower, heat lights and exhaust, mirror, towel rails, and under-bench space for a front-loading washing machine.
The custom-built kitchen has a large pantry, gas hobs, an under-bench electric oven and exhaust, a sink, and space for
a dishwasher and fridge. There is also a breakfast bar overhang.
The main area features a clear coated timber ply ceiling (or fully painted VJ to match walls) ceiling fan, reverse
cycle split system, TV and data points.
Outside, is a plant deck that neatly holds the hot water system and split system mechanical units, lights and exterior
power points.
